About The Process

Step 1

Design Consultation

At the first meeting our design staff will discuss design and material options so they can prepare a project design and proposal. All proposals are priced out as line items to give you flexibility to choose what fits your needs best.

Step 2

Material Selections & Contract Signing

During the second meeting our design staff will bring material samples to your home for style and color selections. After
selections are made, a signed contract and 1/3rd deposit will secure your project on the installation schedule.

Step 3

Building Process

Approximately 1 week before construction starts we will contact you with a start date. At that time a project manager will be
assigned to your project and will keep you updated every step of the way.
