Infratech Radiant Heaters

Bringing indoor comfort to outdoor living. Adding a custom multi-zone heat source to your porch space will allow you to extend the useability on cooler Minnesota days. Facemount or flush mount units are available depending on design and size of space. Multi-zone controls give you the flexibility to adjust temperature and which units you want on or off during use. An Infratech heating package does require a high input of power, and in most cases requires a substation to be installed. A multi-zone heating package can range in cost from $12,000 -$20,000+.

Exterior Finishes

A Cedar Exterior

A standard screen porch is built with cedar exterior finishes that require maintenance and upkeep.

B PVC Exterior

A second option that requires very little maintenance is upgrading to a PVC exterior finish. All joints are glued and screwed together so once installation is complete it does not need to be caulked or painted.
